| Baby Singing and Signing | These session are designed to help develop basic sign language for both babies and their parents through singing and actvities | 0 - 2 year olds, of all abilities including those with tactile defenseness, sensory losses, complex or additional needs and disabilities |
| Toddler Sensory (Story, Make and Do) | These sessions are designed to help develop creative exploration and promote imaginative thought. It involves using different materials, objects, music and drama to access stories and activities. | 2 - 4 year olds, of all abilities including those with tactile defenseness, sensory losses, complex or additional needs and disabilities |
| Junior Discover and Explore | These are sensory based sessions to explore different tactile objects and tectures whilst following a musical or literary script. It is designed to help engage and develop all of your senses and encourage attention and interaction skills for even the most passive individuals | This session can be designed for all ages and abilities but this particular group is for children between the ages of 5 and 10 year olds, especially those with tactile defenseness, complex or additional needs and / or ASD |
| Teenage Sensory Make and Do | These sessions are based on a sensory story, film or piece of music which then develops into an art and craft session in order to develop imaginative and interactive skills | This session can be designed for all ages and abilities but this particular group is for children between the ages of 11 and 18 year olds, especially those with tactile defenseness, complex or additional needs and / or ASD |
| Junior Art | These sessions are designed to teach a variety of different art and craft techniqes following a range of themes or the interests of the group. | This session is aimed at 5 to 10 year olds |
| Teenage Art | These sessions are designed to teach a variety of different art and craft techniqes following a range of themes or the interests of the group. | This session is aimed at 11 to 18 year olds |
| Adult Art / Craft | These sessions are designed to teach the basics of different art and craft skills. These may be one off sessions or blocks of 4 weeks following a particular theme eg paper craft or mosaic | All ages and abilities but especially effective for those studying art, those who have an interest in learning a new craft or skill or just wanting some fun adult time!! (Includes free refreshments) |
| Senstories | These sessions involve using interactive (sensory) stories to encourage engagement in literature through the use of props and sensory experiences whilst following a variety of differentiated texts. | This session is aimed at parents, carers and educational providers who wish to learn how to design, make and use sensory stories |
| Parent Art | These sessions are designed to help parents become more creative with their children at home. You can learn how to make your own playdough or use everyday objects to make create interesting projects with minimal expense. | Parents, carers or those working with children and young people |
| Toddler Sign Together | These sessions are designed to teach both toddlers and their families how to use a range of Makaton signs through the use of songs and stories to promote both interaction and communication skills. | Toddlers and their families with a particular interest in developing their use of Makaton |
| Family Signing Group | These sessions are designed for families to learn signs together using popular music | 5+ children and their families |
| Junior Sign Together | These sessions are designed to teach both children and their families how to use a range of Makaton signs through the use of songs and stories to promote both interaction and communication skills. | 5 - 10 year olds and their families with a particular interest in developing their use of Makaton |
| Lyrical Hands Signing Choir | These sessions are designed for teenagers or adults who wish to learn or develop their Makaton signing skills by signing to popular music - you DO NOT have to be able to sing as we use pre-recorded tracks!!). It is advised that members attend at least a basic signing workshop before attending but this is not necessary if you are fast learner!! | 10 year old - adults wishing to develop their Makaton signing skills (NB: Sign Together is aimed at younger Makaton users) |
| Adult Training | These sessions are designed to teach a variety of different communication (including Makaton sign language), interaction and visual support skills - see the training page for more details. We also offer resource making sessions see Resources for more info) | Adults with an interest in any of the training session on offer |
| Half day and full day mixed sessions | These sessions are designed to teach a variety of different life and social skills through a variety of different sessions and activities depending on the dynamics of each group eg cooking, music, drama, etc | 16 - 100+ year olds with additional educational needs |

Sensory Santa (only available November and December) |
These individual sessions are designed for those who love Santa but find accessing other mainstream venues a challenge. You will have access to a communication elf who will help you to interact with Santa whether this be through moral support, sign language or the use of symbols / photos to make your experience as rewarding as possible | All ages (we all love Santa after all!) |
