PLEASE NOTE: Group sessions can only be run when there is enough demand to make them viable. Minimum group size is 4 participants (this does not include parents and carers supporting individuals to attend)

Half and Full Day Session Details:
- Half day and full day sessions are aimed at individuals with additional educational needs (An EHCP is not required to attend services at The Omnibus Project but it would be useful for information from this document to be shared in order that we can decide if we can fully meet the needs of each person and provide the appropriate support and facilities). PLEASE NOTE: Whilst our aim is to include any individual who wishes to attend The Omnibus Project there may be some circumstances that prevent us from doing so for everyone.
- Groupings and activities will be decided upon based on the needs, ability and interests of each group. They could include (but not exclusively be) art and craft, sensory stories, communication and interaction, social skills, life skills, multi-sensory activities, music, drama and cooking sessions as well as community based activities such as cafe and cinema visits or using shops and local facilities.
- Individuals who require 1:1 support to meet their medical, personal care or behavioural needs will either be asked to attend with a PA or carer OR an additional cost will be incurred of £15 per hour for The Omnibus Project to provide this member of staff to support. All staff will be DBS checked and have appropriate training in order to support each individual who requires this.
- Attendance for a half day session includes one supervised snack break. Individuals will be expected to provide their own snack unless the session involves a community visit where money may be brought instead.
- Attendance for a full day includes a supervised lunch break and two snack breaks. Individuals will be expected to provide their own snacks and lunch unless the session involves a community visit or cooking where money may be brought instead. If the individual does not wish to stay during the lunch break, they may be collected and returned for the afternoon session. (In this case the cost of one hour @ £10 will therefore be deducted from the cost of the full day rate)
- Payments for regular weekly sessions will need to be paid monthly in advance by either direct debit or electronic bank transfer into The Omnibus Project account (Please ask Sarah for details in order to get these payments set up)
