PLEASE NOTE:

The ticket cost covers anyone visiting Santa to receive a gift. Other family members (such as parents and older or younger siblings NOT receiving a gift from Santa) and carers are FREE so please make sure you select the right ticket type when booking

What can you expect from your visit?

• A 15 minute session all to yourself or your family group
• No one before or after your session for 15 minutes
• No waiting in queues for your turn
• Come and be yourself without judgement or expectation in a relaxed sensory environment
• People of all ages are welcome so if you support an adult who would also like this experience you are very welcome to visit us too
• The chance to take as many photos and videos as you like
• A personalised gift purchased specifically for each guest
• A visit with Santa and Mrs Claus to collect your gift
• Meet members of the Sensory Santa Team - Jingle and Sparkle the elves, Ruby the Reindeer and NEW this year some gingerbread characters! (PLEASE BE AWARE: Different characters will be present on different days so you will not see every character during a single visit)
• Lighting and sensory displays throughout the building to enjoy
• NEW for 2026 - Our Grotto will be located in our version of Lapland this year so look out for some new decorations appearing!
• Staff who are trained in different forms of communication, such as sign language, symbols and augmentative communication systems
