Sensory Santa Experience

The Sensory Santa Experience is currently not able to operate for 2 weeks due to the team being asked to isolate by Track and Trace - we will be contacting those who have booked during this period shortly.

If we are then able to run after this time additional measures have been put in place in addition to our current COVID provision:

  1. On arrival please do not come to the entrance doors until your designated time slot
  2. Please wait in your car if you arrive early
  3. Please be ready to enter the venue at your allotted time as delays have an impact on the whole schedule and if we are unable to clean between sessions then your session may be cancelled if you are late arriving
  4. Parents and carers must wear a face mask during their walkthrough visit
  5. All guests are to use the hand sanitiser provided at the entrances and exits (including children where possible)
  6. All visitors will be asked use the QR code or complete a contact trace form on entering the venue
  7. Visitors (excluding children) are asked not to touch the displays or sensory equipment (anything touched by the children will be cleaned after the visit has been completed)
  8. After your allocated 15 minutes the session will conclude to allow for cleaning between visits
  9. Guests will follow the one way systems in place throughout the venue

PLEASE NOTE: The full list of our current COVID procedures can be seen lower down this page

Under the current Tier 3 guidance "supervised activities provided for children, including wraparound care (before and after-school childcare), groups and activities for under 18s, and children’s playgroups are still permitted and are exempt from gathering restrictions across all Tiers"

We are aware that some of our guests may not feel comfortable attending their Sensory Santa Experience or are unable to attend as they are shielding - here are your options

OPTION 1:

We are happy to cancel your session for this year and give you a full refund

OPTION 2:

We will look after your booking fee and you will have first option on a session next year before the bookings are open to everyone else

OPTION 3:

You can request a home version of the 'full' experience - this includes a virtual tour of the experience, a recorded personal message from Santa, the gift you would have received from Santa and your craft activity choice posted to your home address. This package will cost the same as the face to face visit due to the addition of postage charges

OPTION 4:

Request a Virtual Sensory Santa Experience where you will get a virtual tour of the experience with a personalised message from Santa. The cost of this is £5 so you will have the remainder of your booking fee refunded if you choose this option
